BizEd Website Redesign

“An Interactive Publication”

 

BizEd magazine, published by AACSB International, is for an audience of business school leaders. We redesigned the print version of the magazine in 2015 to better connect with this sophisticated audience. This savvy global network of AACSB members is looking to access and search relevant archived content with the ability to share through a variety of social media outlets.

It was important that the publication website align with the print publication and complement the new AACSB brand, launched in early 2017. The BizEd website maintains editorial autonomy while showcasing the association’s new color palette.

The interactive publication allows readers to peruse and review articles in multiple ways, from smart searching, to grouping by theme, to reading the full issue. Articles are also collated by most popular and related article suggestions are shared when a specific article is selected.

It is no longer enough for magazines to publish monthly or bi-monthly like BizEd. Readers want and need access to new content daily. This is especially true for an association magazine that keeps its membership up-to-date on the latest news, innovations, and professional issues. The redesigned website allows AACSB to publish web-only articles and sharing to social media is just a click away.

The print and interactive publications work in harmony delivering and cataloging compelling content for an international readership.
